{super hero squad}

You'd better watch your back "justice league" because these little men can take you! (Or wait...would you all be on the same side since, technically, you are all good guys? I don't know...)

Anyway, superhero politics aside, how cute are these boys? I caught them running around like this the other morning instead of actually cleaning the playroom like they were asked. But who am I to ask them to clean when there are villains and evil-doers to be stopped? When I found them, the dialogue was as follows:

Eli: "C'mon Wolverine! Let's go stop that bad guy (referring to Ava, by the way). You can be on my team because you're my best friend."
Dean: "Okay, Spiderman. Follow me, okay, because my claws need to keep you safe."

Seriously. I can hardly handle the cuteness. I love these boys!

{Dean, the soccer player}

Okay, so maybe our little soccer star spent quite a bit of time trying to carry the ball, but isn't he adorable in his uniform? Although, it took all last week for me to convince him to stop calling it his "soccer costume". He was actually pretty good - hands and all. I worried he would want to just chat with his friends and goof around on the field but he was very interested in following the ball and staying in the game. He was getting a lot of really good runs in and after the game his sweet Coach - Coach Allison - told me she wants him to be goalie in the next game. Go Dean! (That will be so fun for him and a good outlet for those busy hands.)

Happy valentine's Day!

Check out Deano's school valentines. It was paired with a little bag of kissed and dum dums.
And here are some good-morning treats for the kiddos. I regretted those laffy taffies a little bit - what a mess. They also enjoyed sprinkle donuts for breakfast and heart-shapes macaroni and cheese for lunch!
